 . TECHNIQUE OF CONTEMPLATION AND MEDITATION OF THE GREAT YOGIIS. ADEPTS AND TEACHERS .. 



 Breathe slowly and gently and mentally repeat "I'm relaxed and calm" for 7 times. You are now ready to enter meditation .. There are 3 steps to follow. 1st Transcend the world, physical, 2nd transcend the body and 3rd transcend the mind. Let's start: Imagine that you are sitting on a mountain surrounded by natural beauty :: in blue sky, Tall Trees, Green's plants ,, Multicolored flowers. And slowlyfeel that the mountain and the planet begin to move away from you and you are floating alone in space. Now you have already forgotten and trancended the world. Second Step is to transcend the physical body: -feel 2 points of energy or light, one on the left foot and the other on the right foot. Let them rise little by little until reaching the coccyx. Keep going up along the spine slowly until you reach the 3rd eye (point between the eyebrows) .You have already transcended the body. Visualize a point of transparent, bright, powerful and divine light in your server eye, expand it covering your entire face, entire body and your total existence. You have already transcended the body and mind completely. Now you can start the real Meditation process. Concentrate on the third eye inhaling mentally repeating "I AM" exhaling "LIGHT" for 7 times. Now inhale and repeat the Siddha Mahamantra BABANAM and exhale KEWALAM (its meaning is : "I am He"). Keep repeating Babanam Kewalam with its meaning "I am the" connected with the breath and the 3rd eye. Mainy this contemplation for 15 minutes or more. If the mind becomes distracted and out of concentration put the concentrated mind back there in the 3rd eye and with the mantra, meaning and the third eye.. .... . Do this meditation 2 times everyday of your life. I assure you you will have more peace, mental equanimity, health, mental power, intuition, creativity, advancement and spiritual fulfillment. This proven technique is the one used by all the great disciples, adepts, teachers on the spiritual path. You will see great positive changein your life. You will have more calm, peace, emotional and mental control, happiness, tranquility and spiritual joy. You will also feel closeness to God and finally realize God in this life.  TECNICA DE CONTEMPLACION Y MEDITACION DE LOS GRANDES YOGIIS. ADEPTOS Y MAESTROS..



 Respira lenta y suavemente y repite mentalmente "estoy relajado y calmado" for 7 veces. Ya estas listo para entrar en meditacion.. Hay 3 pasos a seguir. 1ero Transcender el mundo,fisico, 2do transcender el cuerpo y 3ero transcender la mente. Comencemos: Imagine que estas sentado sobre una montaña rodeado de la belleza natural:: in cielo azulado, Arboles Altos, plantas Verde's,, Flores multicoloridos. Y poco y poco siente que la montana y el planeta comienza mover alejando de ti y te quedas flotando solo en el espacio. Ya olvidaste y trancendiste el mundo. Segundo Paso es transcender el cuerpo fisico: -siente 2 puntos de energia o luz uno en el pie izguierdo y otro en el pie derecho.. Dejalos a subir poco a poco hasta llegar al coccyx. Sigue subiendo a lo largo de la espina dorsal lentamente hasta llegar al 3er ojo(punto entre las cejas) .Ya transcendiste el cuerpo.visualza un punto de luz transparente, brillante, poderosoy divino en tu server ojo, expandelo cubriendo todo tu roster y cuerpo entero y tu existencia.total. Ya transcendiste la mente. ya comienza la contemplacion. Concentrate en el tercer ojo inhalando repitiendo mentalmente "SOY" exhalando "LUZ" por 7 veces. Ahora inhala y repite el Siddha Mahamantra BABANAM y exhala KEWALAM (su sinificado " Soy El". Sigue repitiendo Babanam Kewalam con su significado "Soy el" conectado con la respiracion y el 3er ojo. Manten esta contemplacion por 15 minutos o mas. Si la mente se distrae y se sale de la concentraion ponga la mente concentrada nuevamente alli en el 3er ojo y con el mantra. .... . Hazlo esta meditacion 2 veces al dia todo los dias de tu vida. Te aseguro tendras mas paz, equanimidad mental, salud, poder mental, intuicion, creatividad, avance y realizacion espiritual.
